Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are prepared Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after they are placed. During busy periods, processing may take a few extra days.

Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Tracking details can be viewed through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations. We may be unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, military addresses, or certain remote areas. If you are unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. International shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact us at hello@muse-matcha.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.

Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
