Midorika (翠華) is our flagship ceremonial-grade matcha, sourced from Ujitawara, Kyoto, one of Japan's oldest and most respected tea-growing regions.
The leaves are shade-grown for 3-4 weeks using traditional tana shading, which brings out the chlorophyll, L-theanine, and natural sweetness. They are then slowly stone-milled into an ultra-fine powder that dissolves completely, no grittiness.

Flavor: Rich umami · Nutty • Cocoa • Naturally sweet · Low bitterness
Best for: Traditional thin (usucha) or thick (koicha) preparation. Whisked in hot water 70–80°C / 160–175°F.
